		Conklin™ Hy-Crown® Our best single-ply roofing made of Dupont™ Hypalon®.   The product does not weaken with exposure to moisture or the sun’s        ultraviolet rays.  It actually gets stronger with age. The 15 year warranty period for our product is not prorated.  With Triad's        Maintenance Agreement the warranty can be extended to 20 years. Both the material and the seams are guaranteed against leaks for the        warranty period.  In fact the seams welds are actually stronger than the        material itself.  If you have a heat welded sample to test go ahead and try to pull        it apart if you want.  (Be careful, we recommend you do         it in an open area.) Conklin Flexion II (new) An advanced Flexible and durable advanced polyvinyl chloride single ply roofing is an excellent value    Reinforced with Dupont Elvaloy and 1,000 denier low wicking fabric gives Flexion superior strength for a  stable but flexible 50 mil membrane.   The seams are heat welded and are stronger than the actual material itself.  An excellent combination of performance and cost. Conklin offer 3 grades of roof coatings, for metal roofs Best: Benchmark provides the toughest protection available for metal roofs.  It’s 100% acrylic acrythane coating has superior elongation and tensile strength.  What that means is you can not buy a better protective metal roof coating.  With a reflective rating of 85% it will help lower your cost of cooling the interior.  This coating meets Uniform Building Code requirements and is therefore fire rated.  It comes in white. Better: Rapid Roof III is the third generation of Conklin’s acrylic elastomeric metal roof coating.  It is lightweight, flexible and weatherproof.  Our most requested coating is available in many colors to match any architects design needs, with white being 84% reflective.  It is fire classified. Good: Rapid Roof HV delivers the same waterproof, seamless qualities as Conklin’s other acrylic elastomeric coatings but at a lower cost because it does not carry costly building code approvals and fire ratings.  White has a reflective value of 82%.
