What Triad Maintenance Agreement will do for you!
This program is designed to ensure the best performance of your roof system and enhance its appearance.  In addition it adds
5 years to the warranty period of Hy-Crown, if purchased at installation, making it a 20 year no pro-rated warranty.  The
program is simple.  It is a 5 year agreement.  In years one through four the program consists of the following:

Years 1-4
Two times per year, once in the spring and once in the fall, Triad will perform the following for structures covered by the
maintenance agreement:
a)        clean and inspect all gutters, caulk where necessary
b)        insure that all roof drain openings are free and clear
c)        Clear roof of normal and typical seasonal, not storm related, accumulation of environmental debris.
d)        Inspect entire roof for soundness of structure.
e)        Inspect roofing material, including seams, for water tight seals and caulk where necessary.

Year 5
a)        Power wash roof to restore maximum reflectivity and give a fresh appearance
b)        All maintenance steps for years one through four above.
